What happens after you send a message

Every message lands directly in our shared support inbox. A human team member reads it, tags it by topic (bug, feature request, partnership, press), and replies — typically within 24 to 48 working hours, Monday through Friday. We do not use automated chatbots, and we do not pass your address to any marketing list.

Information that helps us help you

If you are reporting a bug, please tell us the page URL where it happened, the browser and operating system you are using, and the exact text or font style you tried. A screenshot or screen recording is incredibly helpful. For feature requests, describe the use case rather than the implementation — for instance, "I want a wider option for my Instagram bio" rather than "add Unicode block U+ABCD".

Partnerships, press and affiliate

If you publish typography, design or social media content, we are open to interviews, expert quotes and content collaborations. Educators may use our tools and screenshots freely in classroom material. For sponsorship or affiliate proposals, please include traffic and audience details so we can evaluate quickly.

Response time and language

We answer messages in English by default, but we can also reply in French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Indonesian — just write to us in your preferred language. Urgent issues, like a tool that has stopped working completely or a security concern, jump to the top of the queue and usually get a same-day reply. Polite reminders are always welcome if you have not heard back after three working days.
